HOLIDAY INN MONTREAL CENTRE VILLE DOWNTOWN BY IHG, Montreal – Your ideal downtown stay

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was delighted to find a clean and comfortable room with a nice and perfectly cool bed. However, the curtains didn't close properly, which was a minor inconvenience. The service, despite being friendly, left something to be desired due to certain facilities lacking like a soft bed and no fridge. On the bright side, the location was perfect for my needs, being just across from a Metro stop with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. While the dining experience was not the best and a bit expensive for adults, the buffet offered good variety. The facilities were adequate and offered room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was excellent for a few days exploring Montreal. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to Old Town and China Town. The room, although a bit outdated, was comfortable. The service was top-notch, with quick room finishing and accommodating staff. However, the dining experience was overpriced and disappointing.

The hotel has a lovely lobby lounge with a fish pond and Chinese sculptures, offering clean and spacious rooms. Despite my request to be away from it, my room was next to the elevator. The service, especially from Vu, the bartender, was exceptionally nice, and the staff were very friendly and informative. The location was convenient, near Montreal Chinatown in the downtown area, with easy access to Old Montreal and the harbor. The dining experience, although for me and my wife, was on the expensive side but very good with just a minor wish for a wider selection of bagels. Overall, the hotel provided more than we expected.
